BID NO. ECZ/PSU/CS/001/2022: Tender for provision of cleaning and sanitary services to the eight (08) provincial ECZ service centres on a one (01) year contract at Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ)

The Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) plans to engage suitably Cleaning Companies to carry out Cleaning and Sanitary Services to Eight Provincial Service Centres on a one year running contract.

Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding (ONB) procedure specified in the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020 and Public Procurement Regulations of 2022.

 A complete set of bidding document(s) may be obtained from the Examinations Council of Zambia upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kwacha Five Hundred (K500.00). Payment shall be made at the ECZ Service Centre, along Msuzi Road, Woodlands, Lusaka and thereafter submit a copy of the receipt to the ECZ HQ, 1st Floor Room F10.

Submission Procedure

Sealed bids accompanied by a complete Bid Securing Declaration shall be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Reception, Ground floor of the Examinations Council of Zambia main building, Haile Selassie Avenue, PO Box 50432, Lusaka, Zambia on or before Friday, 29 July, 2022 at 10:00hours local time.
