Invitation for Bids

CTC/ONB/CE01/2021: Tender for the Drilling and Equipping of Fourteen (14) Boreholes with Indian Mark II Pumps in Chikankata District of Southern Province

Chikankata Town Council reserved Fund from the locally generated funds and the council intends to utilize part of these funds to drill and equip fourteen (14) boreholes with Indian Mark II in Chikankata District.

Chikankata Town Council now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the said project.

Interested eligible local companies may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document from Procurement Unit Office, Chikankata Town Council Civic Centre, Turnpike Junction of Chirundu and Mazabuka Road P.O BOX 360194, Chikankata Zambia, during working hours from 08:30 hours to 16:30 hours from Wednesday 28 July 2021 to 26 August 2021 the document will be at the cost of K500.00 non-refundable fee.

Site visit is on Thursday 10th August 2021 at 09:30 hours meeting point is Chikankata Town Council Civic Centre, Turnpike Junction of Chirundu and Mazabuka Road. All interested bidders will bear their own costs for site visit and the site visit is not Mandatory,

Telegraphic/electronic bids will not be accepted.

Submission Procedure

Bids in sealed envelopes, clearly marked Tender for drilling and equipping of fourteen (14) boreholes in Chikankata District, shall be deposited in the tender box situated at the civic Centre, on or before, Friday 27th August, 2021 at 10:00 hour's local time. The bids shall be opened immediately thereafter in the council chamber in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.
