1 The Zambia Tourism Agency (ZTA) has set aside funds in the 2023 budget and intends to apply part of the funds towards payments under the contract for the provision of digital marketing services for a period of twelve months.

2. The Zambia Tourism Agency now invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the provision of digital marketing services.

Provision of Digital Marketing Services for  a Period of Twelve Months

3. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding (ONB) a procedure specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2020 as defined in the Bidding Documents. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and obtain the solicitation document at the Zambia Tourism Agency, Procurement and Supplies Office, Abacus House, Kabelenga Road, PO Box 3007, Lusaka, Zambia upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K1,000.00 or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate, in cash or by bank certified cheque. Submission Procedure

4. The bids must be appropriately sealed, bold labeled, clearly marked "TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES" and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Zambia Tourism Agency and must be deposited in the tender box not later than22 March, 2023.

5. The bids must be deposited in the Tender Box situated in the Boardroom, Zambia Tourism Agency, along the Kabelenga Road, Lusaka, Zambia on or before Wednesday, 22 March, 2023 at 10:30 hrs. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration and should be valid for a period of 90 days from date of bid opening.

6. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the Conference Room on the ground Floor, Zambia Tourism Agency, Abacus House, Kabelenga Road, and in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend. Late bids will not be accepted.
