Invitation for Bids (IFB) PSMD/ORD/01/2022-Tender for the Supply and Delivery of Assorted Office Equipment

The Public Service Management Division (PSMD) has received financial support from the Ministry of Finance and National Planning and intends to apply part of the funds towards the payment for the supply and delivery of assorted office equipment.

PSMD now invites sealed bids from the eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of assorted office equipment

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding, a procedure specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2011 and is open to all interested and eligible bidders as specified in the bidding documents.

Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the office of the Head, Procurement and Supplies Unit at PSMD, Old Cabinet Office Building. Ist Floor, Room 104, P.O, Box 30578, Lusaka, Zambia, from 08:00hrs to 13:00 hours and from 14:00 hours to 17:00 hours Monday to Friday.

The Bid shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by Bid Securing Declaration. The Securing Declaration shall be in the sample format provided in the bidding documents and on the letter head of the Company that is bidding

Submission Procedure
The bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders contained in the bidding documents. Bids must be bound, sealed and clearly marked, PSMD/ORD/01/2022 - Tender for the supply and delivery of assorted office equipment. The Bids shall be deposited in the Tender box at PSMD, Ground Floor, Old Cabinet Office Building, not later than Friday, 29 April, 2022 at 10:00 Hours local time.

Bids delivered after Friday, 29th April, 2022 at 10:00 Hours local time, will be rejected and returned unopened to the Bidder. The Bids will be opened in PSMD Conference Room, 2 Floor on the same date soon after closing and in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
