Tender for the Supply and Delivery of Desktop Computers.

The Churches Health Association of Zambia (CHAZ) has provided funds under the Global Fund New Funding Model and intends to apply part of the funds to payments under the contract for the supply and delivery of All in One Desktop Computers.

The Churches Health Association of Zambia (hereinafter referred to as CHAZ) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and Delivery of All in One Desktop Computers.
Bidding will be conducted under the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) as prescribed by the CHAZ bidding documents

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information by inspecting of the Tender Documents from the CHAZ Website: www.chaz.org.zm or the Office of the Head of Pharmaceutical and Logistics Services for the Executive Director, CHAZ Complex, Plot No.2882/B/5/10 Mission Drive, Waterfalls P.O. Box 34511, Lusaka, Zambia. The Telephone number is 260 - 211 - 428000428001/428002. Telefax and E-mail bids, however, will be rejected.

A complete set of the Bidding Documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K1,000.00 or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate, in cash or by bank certified Cheque

Purchase and Collection of bidding documents shall be from Monday to Friday from 08:00 hours to 16:30 hours excluding Public Holidays.

Submission Procedure

Sealed bids must be delivered and deposited in the tender box located at the main reception, Ground Floor of CHAZ House at the address below on or before Friday 20th August 2021 at 14:30 hour's Zambian Time. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend in person at CHAZ, Plot No.2882/B/5/10 Mission Drive Waterfalls Area, Lusaka, Zambia

All bids must be accompanied either by a Bid Security (Bank Guarantee) of 2% (two percent) of the bid sum or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency or a Bid-Securing Declaration (Declaration Form) which will result in Three (3) years suspension period if the bid-securing declaration is not complied with by the bidder withdrawing its bid.

The Purchaser (CHAZ) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders. The Purchaser (CHAZ) is under no obligation to accept the lowest bid.
