Tender for the Supply and Delivery of PBO Long Lasting Insecticide Treated Nets

1. Background

The Churches Health Association of Zambia (CHAZ) has provided funds under the New Funding Module (NFM4) GF Malaria Grant. These funds are intended to support the supply and delivery of PBO Long Lasting Insecticide Treated Nets for malaria prevention.

3. Bidding Process

• Bidding will be conducted under the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) process as outlined in the CHAZ Bidding Document.

• A non-refundable fee of ZMW 3,000.00 (or equivalent in a freely convertible currency) is required to access the bidding documents.

5. Submission of Bids

• Deadline: Bids must be submitted and deposited in the tender box located at the main reception:

  • Date: Monday, 22nd January 2024
  • Time: 12:00 Hours (Local Time).

• Bid Opening:
  Bids will be opened immediately after the submission deadline in the presence of bidders or their representatives at:

  • CHAZ Complex
  • Plot No. 2882/B/10 Mission Drive, Water Falls, Lusaka, Zambia.

6. Bid Security

• Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security Bank Guarantee of 2% of the bid amount or equivalent in freely convertible currency.

7. Technical Compliance

• Bidders must comply fully with the Technical Specifications outlined in the bidding document.

8. Eligibility

• Bidders must meet all the legal requirements specified in the document, including adherence to CHAZ procurement regulations.

9. Reservation of Rights
