ZAMRA ORD/03/2021: Tender for the Supply and Delivery of a Disaster Recovery Device.

The Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority (ZAMRA) in its 2021 Annual Work Plan (AWP) has set aside funds for the procurement of a Disaster Recovery Device. The ZAMRA now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of a Disaster Recovery Device. Item ITEM

Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2011, and is open to all local bidders as defined in the Bidding Documents.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority Procurement Officer, email: gmwange@zamra.co.zm and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 08:00 - 13:00 hours and 14:00-17:00 hours local time.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K1,000.00 (One thousand Kwacha) directly into ZAMRA Account through Telegraphic Transfer or direct deposit into bank account number 0100122033800 held at Standard Chartered Bank North end Branch. The document can be collected from ZAMRA Offices or it can be down loaded from ZAMRA WEBSITE (https://www.zamra.co.zm/tenders). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the total Bid sum.

Submission Procedure
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, bound and clearly marked "TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A DISASTER RECOVERY DEVICE" and shall be deposited in the Tender Box situated on the Ground Floor of ZAMRA Office complex, Plot No. 2350/M, Off KKI Airport Road, Lusaka not later than Tuesday 21st December 2021 at 10:30 hours local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
