2. ZESCO Limited now invites sealed bids from eligible citizen bidders only to submit bids for the supply and delivery of transformer oil on a one-year framework contract for the year 2023.

3. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022. This tender is restricted to citizen bidders as defined in the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020.

4. The bids must be accompanied with a Bid Securing Declaration as per the format in the bidding document. Failure to submit a bid securing declaration shall render a bid non-responsive.

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Solicitation Documents at the address given below from 08:00 to 12:30 hours and 14:00 to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday respectively.

6. Qualifications requirements are provided in the Solicitation Documents.

A complete set of Solicitation Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K1,000.00 or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be Cash or Bank (Managers) Cheque issued by a recognized

Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
