Tender for the provision of Property Management Services ZT/TD/C/0018/2022 at Zamtel
1. Zamtel has set aside budget and intends to apply part of it to cover eligible payments under
the Contract for the provision of property management services
2. Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Bidding (ONB) and is reserved for
Eligible Citizen Bidders only in line with the Public Procurement Act No 8 of 2020
3. Zamtel now invites sealed bids from management services eligible bidders for the provision of property
3. Bidding documents and other additional information may be obtained from Zamtel House, Comer of Church and Chilubi Roads, Lusaka upon payment of a non-refundable fee of five Hundred Kwacha (K500.00)
4. All clarifications relating to this tender shall be forwarded to the Supply Chain Unit at
ZAMTEL House, Comer of Church and Chilubi Roads, Lusaka. Email supplychain@zamtel.com
Submission Procedure
6. All Bids appropriately bound, Sealed and clearly marked in bold "TENDER FOR THE
PROVISION OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES" must be deposited in the tender box situated at Zamtel House, Lusaka Zambia on or before Wednesday 27th July, 2022. Tenders will be opened thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected.
