ZAMMSAORD/001/2022: Tender for the supply and delivery of laboratory supplies and commodities at Government of the Republic of Zambia

1. The Government of the Republic of Zambia has financing under MOH/CDC CoAg and intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under the contract for supply and delivery of Laboratory Supplies and Commodities.

2. The Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency now invites bids for the supply and delivery of Laboratory Supplies and Commodities.

3. Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Bidding (OBN) Method of Procurement

 4. As outlined under Section 39(2) of the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020, participation under this Tender is Limited to Citizen Bidders and in the absence of successful citizen bids to local bidders. 5. Bidding documents in English are available for purchase at ZAMMSA Finance Department at a fee of ZMW 1,000.00

6. Bidders may obtain further information from Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency and request clarification from 08:00 hours to 12:00 hours and from 14:00 hours to 15:00 hours.

 7. The deadline for clarifications shall be Tuesday 28th June, 2022 (Two days before bid submission date.

8. The bids should be indicated "Tender for the supply and delivery of Laboratory Supplies and Commodities and must be submitted in the Tender Box at the address provided below on or before 10:30 hours local time on Thursday, 30 June, 2022. Late bids will be rejected.

9. Bids will be opened at 10:30 hours local time on Thursday, 30 June, 2022. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration.
