KSM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT wishes to invite suitably qualified and experienced Zambian nationals to fill the above positions:
Reporting to the Tourism Promotions Manager - Digital, the Tourism Promotions Officer-Digital is responsible for undertaking online marketing and promotion of Zambia's tourism products in order to facilitate increase in tourist arrivals.

Principle Accountabilities
• Undertakes effectively the formulating and implementation of online marketing plans in order to facilitate increase in tourist arrivals.
• Undertakes regularly the conduct of research on online tourism marketing and related matters in order to facilitate decision making.
• Undertakes periodically online tourism promotion programmes in order to increase awareness and visibility in the source markets.
• Ensures effectively the implementation of performance management in order to monitor, evaluate and enhance performance.
•Ensures effectively the management of human, financial and other resources in order to facilitate achievement of set objectives.

Qualifications and Personal attributes
• Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Information Management Systems or equivalent
• Digital Marketing qualification as added advantage
• Able to write technical and analytical reports
• Computer literate Interpersonal skills Digital marketing skills
• Web management skills
• Research skills
• Integrity
