1. ULTRA HIGH TEMPERATURE FOREMAN REPORTING TO THE PLANT MANAGER.

Job Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting of all electrical, mechanical and PLC problems on Tetra Pak filling machines and end packaging machines
• Attending to prioritized main/ longest downtime breakdown on equipment as per the plan
• Performing weekly care and services on planned line equipment with machine operators and shift technicians
• Continuous improvements of line efficiencies on dedicated/agreed lines
• Root cause analysis on reoccurring problems on equipment and on job training for shift technician
• Improvement of Stores parts control, critical breakdown parts and general maintenance
• Developing standardisation of equipment and maintaining installations to comply with regulations and propose improvements
• Define and lead processes related to integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 22000, 14000, International Food Standards.

  Job Skills:
• Must possess operational skills relevant to mechanical engineering
• Proficiency in Excel and good communications skills
• Experience in working with World Class Manufacturing and quality results oriented
• Teamwork and cooperation

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 years Minimum Experience in Production with Managerial Experience
• Legally Registered with EIZ
