• 24X7 availability for team and client.
• Excellent working familiarity with NMS tools, Ticketing tools – BMC etc, SMSC, SMS HUB, SMPP, USSD , Unix/Linux/Vmware
• Responsible for meeting the response and resolution SLA for all the incidents/SR
