JOB DETAILS:
To conduct inspections of all types of properties throughout Zambia and prepare valuation reports. .

Key Responsibilities
• Inspection of properties as may be assigned from time to time
• Preparation of valuation reports and valuation assessments for vetting and approval
• Conducting of technical duties such as collection, analysis and entry of comparable data, recording and updating of sales information
• Attend team meetings for management reporting
• Ensuring efficient and timely preparation of bids, quotations and tenders for valuation jobs
• Undertaking other Property Advisory work and Research services as required
• Liaison with the Agency Team on market prices

Candidate Requirements · Education and Qualifications: Bachelor of Degree in Land Economy/ Bachelor Science in Real Estate Management or equivalent · Experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience · Best Practice: APC / VSRB Registration /MRICS · Reporting: Senior Manager Valuation & Advisory · Registered Valuation Surveyor or undertaking APC for local registration · Should have Valid Driver’s license
