JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
1. Manage self-owned vehicles, register, write-off, and sell-off of self-owned vehicles.
2. Manage leased vehicles, check the entry qualification of leased vehicles, analyze and manage daily vehicle operations, and manage vehicle exit.
3. Vehicle supplier management, supplier performance appraisal management, and supplier communication.
4. Vehicle requirement and satisfaction management: Collect vehicle service requirements of departments, projects, and employees, provide vehicle service solutions, understand the satisfaction situation, and track the implementation.
5. Vehicle safety management, track the implementation of safety management measures and submit relevant reports.

Requirements：
1. University degree, at least 3 years administrative service experience, fluent in English. (Chinese Proficiency is an added advantage)
2. Open-minded personality, communication and coordination skills, active service awareness, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
