JOB DETAILS:
• We are seeking to hire enthusiastic and customer-oriented recent staff to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will provide exceptional service ensuring a best customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Receive guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arrange table settings and decoration.
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times.
• Check products for quality.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and ensure their prompt delivery to the kitchen.
• Address any concerns, and provide additional assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, seating areas, and service stations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and create a positive work environment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
• Grade 12 certificate
• Minimum 6 – 12 months’ experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferred.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays of food or drinks when necessary.
• Must be polite and should speak good English.
