JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• assist in the general activities administration of the warehouse to data entry and using the computer system for goods in/out, dealing with documentation, raising stock discrepancies, asset tagging, producing labels, assisting with stock management, offering support and assistance to customers, helping to resolve issues in accordance with applicable requirement
• assist in specific administration duties including maintaining appropriate records to appropriate criteria including details relating to the carrier, importer and goods and insert in applicable systems
• Effective liaison with external and internal customers and clients and dealing with associated paperwork and customs clearance
• carry out planned tasks in accordance with agreed requirements and within agreed time limits
• assist Line Manager to make improvements and implement required changes
• assist Line Manager to deal with external agencies relation to customer service matters
• maintain accurate records/documentation associated with wor
• reporting (content and format as agreed) as required
• achieve agreed personal targets and assist Line Manager to achieve team targets
• ensure compliance to codes, legislation, and procedures including ZRA, health and safety etc
• immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organisation and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager
• contribute towards the smooth running of the team
• Assist in the general physical activities of the warehouse
