Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the efficient receipt, dispatch, and storage of merchandise, as well as maintaining a secure and well-organized warehouse environment. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring the safe use of equipment, and maintaining accurate records of all warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Manage and oversee security operations within the warehouse.
• Ensure the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Prioritize the safety of staff and promote a secure working environment.
• Motivate, train, evaluate, and discipline warehouse staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all warehouse activities.
• Assist with deliveries as necessary.

Key requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Proficiency in inventory management and control.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate a forklift effectively.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and people skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Advanced experience with Sage.

• Degree (Required)
• Experience: Warehouse Management: 5 years (Required)
