Job Summary:
• We are seeking an experienced Warehouse officer to join our team. The Warehouse officer will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving, and employee supervision. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage warehouse employees, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee inventory management, including tracking and reconciling inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and identifying potential inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure efficient and effective order fulfilment processes, including shipping and receiving, packing, and shipping preparation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper product handling and quality control.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business or logistics is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
