Workshop Manager
Job Description
This work involves the operation, servicing and repair of light and heavy Agricultural equipment. It also involves planning and supervising the activities of employees engaged in the Operation and repair of heavy equipment such as tractors, forklifts etc .

Responsibilities and Duties
• To repair and maintain farm equipment and vehicles
• Provide proactive maintenance programs
• Coordinate all activities in the Garage workshop
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Skills
• Must have a minimum 3 years experience repairing and maintaining equipment
• Must have hands on experience leading and managing equipment maintenance Workshop
• Must possess a driver’s license

Qualifications
• Completion of G12 or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Craft Certificate in Heavy Equipment Repair or better
