JOB DETAILS:
Hytec Zambia Ltd is part of the Bosch Rexroth Group of Companies, Africa’s fluid power and automation specialists. Hytec invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following opportunities;
WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR. .

Key Areas of Responsibility include:
• Supervising the hydraulic repair workshop and service crews
• Supervision of repair personnel
• Scheduling and planning of repair works
• Liaison with technical department and Group Companies on repair works
• Repair and maintenance of workshop equipment

Job Skills: Not Specified

Qualifications and Experience:
• Certificate in fitting or Diploma in Mechanical engineering from a recognised college
• Extensive knowledge of hydraulic repair and systems
• Good people management skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Be able to work under pressure
• At least 15 years experience of which 5 years should be in a supervisory role
