JOB DETAILS:
Our client is looking for a dynamic, driven Workshop and Farm Manager to join their team
The roles focus will be to ensure the smooth running of the vehicle workshop as the business requires, as well as managing a dedicated farm maintenance and security team and ensuring maximum productivity and timely delivery within the department.

Responsibilities
• Management of staff: workshop mechanics, farm maintenance and security personnel.
• Ensure maintenance is carried out on the vehicles as and when required.
• That farm maintenance is carried out timeously.
• Liaise with external vendors to arrange sourcing of spare parts for fleet repair.
• Ensure that vehicle repairs are completed on time, and that all vehicles are roadworthy at all times.
• Attend to offsite breakdowns and vehicle recovery,
• Complete effective rotas for the staff, ensuring adequate cover at all times.
• Provide timely reports on financials, performance, and productivity where required.
• Running a team of approx. 40 staff. Including mechanics, security guards and general workers.
• Running the internal workshop to maintain delivery trucks ranging from 2 tons to 15 tons capacity and small vehicles as well.

Key Skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Confident with all computer programs including, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with providing monthly maintenance reports and costings.
• Excellent leadership abilities

Qualifications
• 5 Years of Experience
• Extensive experience in vehicle maintenance management, or related field
• Zambian resident.
• Confident to delegate workloads
• Demonstrated experience in a managerial role
• should have previous workshop/ mechanical experience.
