World Vision Zambia limited now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to tender for the following service:
PROVISION OF SECURITY SEVICES FOR ALL WORLD VISION ZAMBIA OFFICES
World Vision Zambia (WZ) Limited is a Christian Relief. Development and Advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. WVZ serves all people regardless of religion, race, tribe or gender. We are currently working in 39 large scale programs in 29 districts in Zambia
WVZ implements interventions in Education, Food Security and Economic Development, Health, Nutrition and HIV and AIDS, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, and cutting themes such as Christian Commitment, Gender, and Child Protection
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspection of bidding documents at World Vision Zambia, Great East Road, Plot 51/52 Lusaka Zambia Strictly between 10:00 hours and 12:30 hours on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays only starting from 31" of May, 2022
Bid document should include:
1. Valid PACRA company registration, Workers compensation including relevant and
valid tax compliance certificates
2 Traceable demonstrated experience and capacity in providing security services in
across Zambia.
3. Proof of operational presence in locations where World Vision Zambia operates
4. History in the security industry and relevant references (work for Embassies or
International Organizations will be an added advantage).
5. Demonstration of capability to manage personnel on the ground. 6. An adequate security-training program and proof of provision of proper security training of staff
7. Ability to replace staff at short notice.
Submission procedure
8. Submission of bids should contain the bidding company's profile. You are requested to consider the requirements as expressed in the Tender Document. Bids should be entered in the bids register and deposited in the tender box at World Vision Zambia Limited, Plot 51/52 Great East Road Lusaka on or before Thursday, 16 June 2022 by 12:00hrs.
Bid documents will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend at the address below on Thursday, 16 of June 2022 at 12:00 Hours.
