Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ZEDWALLET Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ZEDWALLET platform, mobile money ecosystems, and financial services. The ZEDWALLET Product Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing the ZEDWALLET product portfolio, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and aligns with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Management:
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of the ZEDWALLET product, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Develop and implement product strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
2. Customer Support & Training:
• Provide expert support to customers and internal teams on ZEDWALLET-related issues.
• Develop and deliver training programs for customers, agents, and internal staff to ensure effective use of the ZEDWALLET platform.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.
3. Partnership Management:
• Collaborate with banks, merchants, and other partners to expand the ZEDWALLET ecosystem.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships to enhance the value proposition of the ZEDWALLET product.
• Work closely with partners to integrate ZEDWALLET services into their platforms and ensure seamless customer experiences.
4. Performance Analysis:
• Track and analyze key performance metrics related to the ZEDWALLET product, such as transaction volumes, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks that may impact product performance.
5. Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure the ZEDWALLET product complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Work with the legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory changes or risks.
• Implement risk management strategies to protect the integrity and security of the ZEDWALLET platform.
6. Innovation & Development:
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in mobile money and fintech.
• Propose and develop new features, services, or products that leverage the ZEDWALLET platform.
• Collaborate with the technology team to implement new solutions and improvements.

Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile money, fintech, or telecommunications.
• In-depth knowledge of the ZEDWALLET platform and mobile money ecosystems.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in partnership management and business development.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
