Zimbabwe Based Sales Manager FMCG
Job Description
According to the annual goals and plans of the FMCG department:
• assist Dept. manager to complete daily department management and other tasks,
• be responsible for the department’s full channel sales, assist in market research and marketing, new product promotion, and train local teams, to complete the department’s annual various target.
• Observes and evaluate Sales supervisor and customer service supervisor’s performance
• Trains all the team on their duties especially for new colleagues
• Investigate and finish market Survey Form, and keep it updated
• Achieve quarterly and annual target
• Market and TV advertisement inspection report

• Market research ability

Qualifications
• Must be based in Zimbabwe and have common knowledge of Zim market
• Can be Zambian or Zimbabwean
• Bachelors Degree
• 7 years working experience, 3 years relaated work and 4 years general work experience
• Knowledge of Fmcg markets and goods
