Job description
Domestic resource mobilization is a key priority for the Government of Zambia and the Zambia Revenue Authority. The Good Financial Governance Programme supports the ZRA in increasing the effectiveness of revenue mobilization through advisory in the area of digital tax-data analysis and the digitalisation of tax-service delivery. In this regard, the programme supports the implementation of a Bulk Information Data Analysis System or the introduction of ‘Tax-On-Phone’, an Unstructured Supplementary Service Data-code based service portal to improve tax service delivery. .

Your tasks
• Technical coordination of the implementation of a Bulk Intelligence Data Analysis (BIDA) System
• Advisory to the Zambia Revenue Authority on the reform of tax administration focussing on IT-based administrative solutions
• Facilitation of stakeholder cooperation and communication
• Quality assurance for deliverables submitted by external service providers

Your profile
• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, public administration or a related field
• Experience with complex data warehouse or data migration projects
• Several years of international experience in IT project management
• Working experience in an agile project environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and mediation skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to a broader non-technical audience
• Holding professional certification in quality assurance and/or project management
• Fluency in English, German is an advantage
