Required Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Diploma with Professional certificates in IT
At least 3-years’ experience in prescribed field
Understanding of Mobile Banking Systems, Financial Regulations and Digital Transactions
Must be a member of Information and Communications Technology Association of Zambia
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Customer and Technical Support: Provide assistance and support to customers who use the mobile banking app and USSD. Address inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to the mobile banking app and USSD.
Security and Fraud Prevention: Educate customers about security best practices when using the mobile banking app. Monitor and identify potentially fraudulent activities and take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized transactions.
App Updates and Enhancements: Stay informed about updates, new features, and enhancements to the mobile banking app. Communicate these changes to stake holders and ensure they have a positive experience with the updated app.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all mobile banking activities adhere to relevant financial regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations that may impact mobile banking services.
