Key Accountabilities
• Set designated machine in order to achieve the given targets;
• To ensure precision setting of machinery after maintenance and repairs;
• Maintain and continuously improve product Quality and avoid wastage generation;
• Assist in improving production processes and approaches to repairs of machinery for high productivity and good quality.
• To follow EHS programs to provide a safe working environment in the factory.
• Follow machine cleaning schedules to ensure machine availability and high operational efficiencies.
• Ensure good housekeeping around the machine during and after the shift to reduce on weevil count and general cleanliness of the factory.
• Report and advise Production Technician on the condition of machinery;
• Participate actively in stock take.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Adherence to EHS requirements
• Grade 12 full School Certificate, bachelor’s in engineering (mechanical/electrical)
• Minimum Technician certificate in engineering
• 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
