Head of Racking Division
• -7-8 years’ experience in the of field of Technical Sales & Marketing specifically in Racking
• B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• -Understands technical issues
• Engineering / Architectural background is an added advantage
• -Prior experience in a construction / manufacturing company
• -Strong interpersonal skills
• -Good communication skills
• -Able to work well in a team

Overview
The documentation specialist’s twofold role and the collaborative nature of their working relationship means:
• A documentation specialist must be available to second the relationship management/credit team, in all the offices, in whatever they need, working together as one team.
• They should anticipate their needs and should always be organized.
• They must be proactive in their approach and be able to offer support to help them collect loans thus helping them develop business.
• This also means them having a sound knowledge of laws and policies, and verifying disbursement documents to ensure their accuracy, as well as updating the action list and snapshot.
• A documentation specialist must be the face of the organisation, greeting whoever walks through the door with a smile and welcoming attitude, ensuring guests are sought after.
• They must be well organized and keep a clean workstation at all times.
• They must also ensure office supplies are stocked at all times and ordered when need be.


JOB DETAILS:
OVERALL PURPOSE
To organize, coordinate and monitor a national database to insure data integrity as well as security ensuring easy derivation of products to the customers

Bachelor’s Degree in a Commercial Subject
