Requirements
Mandatory Skills 5yrs+ experience of working in a Digital Agency:
• Have a successful track record in business development
• Comprehensive hands-on experience with a digital background
• Have proven B2B Digital Agency sales experience
• Be keen and passionate about the digital industry
• Be comfortable dealing with SMEs at the board/owner level
• Demonstrable track record of high performance and tenacity to succeed in a fast-moving sales technology

About the position –
This is an uncapped high commission earning position with no base salary. A typical website design/development deal usually has a value of R200 000.00 minimum so your commission on each lead you generate for example could be R20 000.00. Additionally other incentives and bonuses would greatly increase your earnings. We typically work on deals much larger on a regular basis so lead deal earnings would be much higher. Full Time Equivalent (FTE) On Target Earnings (OTE) in the first year is realistically expected at a minimum R100 000.00. Requirements
Mandatory Skills -2 to 4 years’ experience in:
• Create, source, or close sales on web design, web development websites and or IT Support qualified leads or opportunities
• High-ticket, intangible B2B Digital Agency sales experience (preferred)
• Proven Sales experience in IT Support / IT Managed Services and or have sold websites (preferred)
• Demonstrable track record of high performance and tenacity to succeed in fast-moving sales technology
• IT skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment

The main role of a field sales agent will be to connect 3E-LOTTERY with physical affiliates who will be responsible for selling lottery tickets on behalf of 3E-LOTTERY
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To find potential franchises and introduce the 3E brand and our affiliate program.
2. Familiarize potential affiliates with our lottery games
3. Establish a good relationship with new physical affiliates as well as maintain a good and friendly relationship with existing affiliates
4. Coordinate sales effort with team members
5. To form teams with other field agents and come up with innovative ways to increase sales
6. Supply Management with reports on customer needs, interests and competitive activities
