Overview
CBMI Africa Ltd is a subsidiary of CBMI Construction Co., Ltd, a 60-year company for EPC Turnkey projects. CBMI’s businesses cover materials building, power generation, water works, environment protection, power transmission and transformation, energy saving transformation and other related fields. The projects undertook by CBMI are spread across different countries from Asia to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Here in Zambia, CBMI successfully constructed Lafarge cement plant, Sinoma cement plant and Cleanlime limestone plant.
CBMI Africa Ltd is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Marketing Officer to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
• To be in charge of business development and customer relationship management
• Manage and coordinate marketing activities to ensure we reach potential customers
• Plan and design marketing solutions that effectively promotes the company’s products and services
• Carry out market research to uncover new business opportunities
• Effectively gather market information and timely give feedback of relevant information to management
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years sales and marketing experience, having served some of those years in marketing of Roofing Materials in Zambia
• Should have a Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or any related field
• Full Grade 12 certificate
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other related computer applications
• Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing
• Self-motivated with excellent verbal and communication skills
• Must be able to work under minimum supervision

Digital Marketing Manager
Overview
If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our client’s digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining our client’s online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns. Your duties include researching, strategizing with other professionals and creating content (copy & visual) for successful campaigns. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Digital Marketing Manager responsibilities include:
• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
• Maintaining our client’s social media presence across all digital channels
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Assisting with any other functions where the agency requires additional help

Requirements and skills
• Proven working experience in digital marketing

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEM Rush, Lighthouse)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Working knowledge of Web design development and constraints
