We are currently looking for a qualified and competent Sales & Marketing Coordinator to fill in the vacancy.
POSITION: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTS TO: Head of Marketing
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, and Sales or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing /Sales/Commercial role.
Added advantage
• Knowledge of the printing industry
• Knowledge of the tender process
• Driver’s license
JOB OBJECTIVES
• The Sales and Marketing coordinator will be responsible for driving and leading all business development activities of Syax Corp.
• Manage and maintain all client relationships, including complaints/grievances, if any.
• Develop and drive the overall sales and marketing strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
• Strategy and Planning
• Develops the sales and marketing strategy and plans, policies and processes for the department with input from the Head of Marketing and ensures their effective implementation
• Developing and managing the marketing department’s plan and budget
• Helping team leads set, allocate and monitor the budget of each project
• Meeting with clients to discuss brand guidelines, goals, budget and timelines
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
• Generating new business leads
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Assisting with the design, negotiation and placement of billboards, traditional media ads on TV and radio, social media ads and email blasts
• Managing the marketing department’s staff
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
• Responsible for client accounts and job tracking (job card)
• Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
• Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasting reports
• Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities
• Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc
• Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
• Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
SKILLS
• Strong commercial acumen
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness
• Advanced presentation and reporting
• Strong negotiation skills
