JOB DETAILS:
Allterrain Services -Zambia, Africa’s leading Catering service provider is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Zambians with proven performance to fill the existing vacant position at our Lusaka and Ndola projects in Zambia.
PURPOSE: Make sure that the restaurant is always clean and the condiments are always replenished.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• Minimum of a grade 12 certificate any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties may be considered.
• Should have practical experience working in a restaurant or bar.
• Able to show initiative and have good interpersonal skills.
• Able to interact with both personnel from other departments as well as the clients.
• Be physically fit and be able to pass pre-employment and medical examinations.
• Must have Good written and oral communication skills in English language.
• Ability to listen and learn skills required in performing supervisory’ duties
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The specific duties of the waiter will be as set out below but not limited to:
• Assist service delivery in food service areas and ensure that these areas are maintained at an acceptable level of cleanliness.
• Ensure that the food service areas are free of rodents and insects.
• Make sure that all equipment in the food service areas is in good working order at all times.
• Ensuring that food is served on time at the designated service areas.
• Supervise and help in the serving and portioning of food.
• Ensure that all tables have been set up properly in the mess/restaurant.

According the department process and daily management norms, Engaged in sales operation support, order processing, customers relationship maintenance, data analysis and Excel output, to improve the efficiency of department operation and customer satisfaction
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Provide support services such as order preparation and ushering of customers through the payment procedure and issuing of goods by warehouse.
• Enter customers orders and access the company’s internal system to obtain and extract order information and provides customer service management with data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports.
• output and make an analysis for achievement form on different aspects like weekly sales,monthly sales, category sales structure
• keep updating the department management tracking form and assist manager to improve the team work
• Receives inquires from customers and resolve a variety of customer related issues
• resolve customer’s complaint and output the tracking form
• Receive inquiries from customers and resolve a variety of customer related issues.
• Other work tasks arranged by the supervisor and manager
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors Degree
• 20-30 years of age
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Good computer skills,
• Good with Excel and data analysis
