JOB DETAILS:
To expand Liquid Satellite Services business across Africa by pushing sales and managing commercial proposals. Increasing revenue and margin through proactive selling and deal negotiations with partners. Manage key accounts across the African continent and grow both the reseller and Enterprise customer base.
Responsibilities
• Proactively work with existing customers to grow wallet share
• Maintain and develop existing customer relationship and increase stickiness
• Manage customer requirements and expectations during sales cycle
• Ensure all new accounts are brought on in line with customer onboarding process
• Initiate, maintain and grow key relationships with key stakeholders throughout the customer base
• Target new customers to expand Satellite & VSAT services across the African continent
• Ensure all opportunities are logged in SFDC and updated correctly at each stage of the process
Candidate Requirements
• Diploma in a relevant field
• Experience in the same or similar role with a Telco or ISP
• Satellite products and solution sales experience
• Telecom/ISP/ICT Sales related systems

The platform is in the form of an application that is downloadable on smartphone and is available on playstore. We are currently hiring Sales Specialists who would assist prospective farmers and buyers to become clients on the platform.
Responsibility
• Generate new customer leads
• Presenting our product to potential clients, responding to customer questions
• Develop strong long term relationships in order to get repetitive business and encourage brand loyalty
• Position our company as an industry leader
• Assisting farmers and buyers with registration on our platform
• Following up with clients and making sure their needs are met
• Maintain a database of clients, prospects and vendors
• Maintaining the entire sales cycle from turning a prospect into a client

JOB DETAILS:
To work closely with the Sales Team and Retailers in order to deliver sales targets and maximize site profitability and retail site development potential.
Principal Accountabilities
• Implement the retail strategy and support it at all levels – network planning, marketing planning and ensure the achievement of fuel, lubricants and financial targets.
• Supervision of sites’ customer engagement and the achievement of sales and operating objectives, while protecting the interest of Vivo Energy
• To deliver sales & operations targets for the network through regular reviews and appropriate action plans.
• To maximize all sales development potential whilst protecting Vivo Energy Zambia’s interests.
• To manage and oversee the sales (Territory Managers) team ensuring proper supply of service-stations.
• Monitor performance, coach and support Territory Managers.
• To develop and maintain a strong HSSE culture, deliver agreed HSSE targets, and protect Vivo Energy Zambia’s interest by ensuring that all HSSE standards and procedural compliance are adhered to, and stakeholder relationships are managed pro-actively.
• Track product delivery and ensure compliance with standards, contracts and site/HSSE operations manuals. Implement corrective action plans, if necessary.
• Ensure compliance with country laws, norms and Vivo standards at all sites.
• Ensure full compliance with credit policy and deal effectively with all issues that arise.
• Manage retailer relationships proactively ensuring resolution of operational issues.
• To participate in the attraction and selection of Retailers.
