Position Summary
As hospital administrator, you will oversee all functions of the clinic collaborating closely nursing, clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality care is provided to our clients with good client satisfaction of the service accessed.
Roles and responsibilities
• Oversee clinic operations including upholding high-quality standard of care offered at the clinic
• Oversee administrative functions at the clinic such as budget management, authorizing expenditure and coordinating financial reporting
• Prudent use of resources including staffing, equipment and infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations such as the local authority, regulatory bodies and government.
• Manage both clinical and non-clinical staff and provide relief with reception work
• Develop and implement new programs including collaborations through memoranda of understanding with other hospitals for better and quality patient care
• Ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are prepared, action points attended to timely and final reports shared with board of directors
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Skills
• Strong management and good customer care skills
• Demonstrated understanding of the health care environment
• Excellent communication skills,
• More than 2 years’ experience
• Ability to mentor including on computerized record management systems
• Ability to interact with senior board directors
• Degree in public administration or social work or any related health field

About the role
We are extremely excited to announce that we are on the lookout for a Coordinator – Inventory to be based at our Manufacturing site in Chambishi, Zambia.
The primary purpose of this critical role is to be accountable for inventory accuracy, maintaining the integrity of all the products and performing all tasks related supply chain activities in Zambia. This role will report to the Lead – Distribution.

What you will be doing
• Performing all inventory movement activities both physical and in the system;
• Ensuring that the products within the warehouse are not damaged, lost or mishandled;
• Performing all tasks following Health and Safety as a top priority;
• Ensuring that all legal requirements for dangerous goods storage are always met;
• Ensuring continuity of supply to customer sites in Tanzania, managing inventory accuracy and reducing slow moving inventory;
• Implementing best practices and look for opportunities to improve efficiency, increase safety within the warehouse and reduce costs for the organization;
• Maintain landed cost register to monitor cost of all products in country.
What you will bring
• Higher education in logistics / supply chain is preferable;
• Experience in dangerous goods handling;
• All Legal certificates required to handle dangerous goods and explosives;
• Knowledge and understanding of SHES requirements and regulations covering the storage and distribution of dangerous goods;
• Experience with SAP Material Management module and Microsoft office Suite.
