Sitoti Mission Rural Health Centre seeks to recruit a suitable qualified individual on a contract Base to fill in a vacant position of DATA ENTRY CLERK- 01 to be based at Sitoti Mission Rural Health Centre sioma, Western Province
QUALIFICATION:
• Any of the following: Diploma in ICT , Diploma In Social Science, Diploma in community development
• Ability to work with Smart care
• Full Grade Twelve Certificate
• 2-3 years of work experience
• Age between 25 to 35 years
• Preferably a devoted Christian
• A monitoring & Evaluation certificate will be an added advantage
• Training in Smart care is highly recommended
• Preferably a Sioma Resident.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparation of Weekly, Monthly Reports
• Preparation of Quarterly Trends and Reports
• Reconcile Smartcare Files and Registers entries
• Compile Daily Appointment Lists for ART
• Smartcare technical support to users
• Able to prepare and present Daily , Weekly & Monthly Data Review meetings
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor
SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
• Must have excellent computer skills and full knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal communication skills

Position Summary
The IT Assistant will administer the IT infrastructure and upgrade same based on the new technological innovations so that ICAP will have a better capacity in maintaining up to date and efficient communication network as well as data-based management. Provide IT help desk
Major Accountabilities
• Manage the installation, documentation and maintenance of operating systems, communications software, database management software.
• Manage systems updates on all applications.
• Configure and manage file server, network resources (printer, plotter and scanner.
• Provide IT support for the central and provincial offices.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting as needed.
• Manage e-mail; file sharing, application, and/or other systems and services as necessary
• Ensure that the full disaster recovery standard backups in accordance with the established procedures
• Ensure that the anti-virus auto updates are functioning correctly and are being rolled out across the network.
• To carry out any other duties and/or responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
• Grade 12 certificate with at least credits in English and Mathematics
• Diploma Information Technology /Computer Science
Experience And Skills Required
• Experience with Quick books setup & configurations.
• Two years related experience
• Thorough knowledge in network development and management.
• Thorough knowledge of application design and data management.
• Knowledge of microcomputer hardware, software and LAN systems
• Experience working in donor funded projects a Plus
The Road Development Agency (RDA) is a statutory body whose function is to plan, manage and coordinate the road network in the country. The Agency is responsible for care, maintenance and construction of public roads in Zambia. It also regulates the maximum permissible weights on roads, conducts studies for the development, maintenance and improvement of the road network, and reviews design standards and classification.
In order to implement this mandate, the RDA now wishes to fill up the following vacant positions:
Human Capital & Administration Directorate
Assistant ICT Specialist Systems (1 Position)
(i) Job Purpose
Reporting to the Manager- ICT, the Assistant ICT Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance of software systems, updates and backup and user technical support.
(ii) Key Responsibilities and result areas
• Provides technical support for all database applications.
• Provides effective information technology systems to support all projects.
• Ensures projects are supported by effective and efficient systems and software.
• Maintains all information technology Infrastructure at site locations.

• Analyzes and maintain records management system.
• Tests new software prior to deployment.
• Maintains and improves existing software and systems.
(iii) Qualifications and Attributes

• Knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle databases
• Membership of an appropriate body such as Computer Society of Zambia (CSZ)
