PROJECT MANAGEMENT APPROACH
Nahjtech core business is around delivering projects across the Globe, A dedicated PM is 1st step, developing the project plan and schedule meeting and respecting all the delivery requirements and constrains. Assuring no deviation on plan till successful completion. All project engineers have all necessary skills, tools and experience for the scope tasks. All supported by the global office expert team whether an associate or employee, utilizing own commissioners whenever required, on site or remote, to ensure the highest possible standards and accuracy, Our QM is monitoring all phases of the deployment to ensure that all work is performed to our and our customers strict standards. This will be achieved through site inspections, onsite or by remote video surveillance, and steering engineers directly, documentation audits and any other means necessary.

IMEWE Upgrade 3
Deploying Ciena 6500, across Egypt, UAE, KSA, Pakistan, Lebanon. And a Full turn-key solution including Installation, commissioning, testing, integration and assisting Ciena with coupler insertion, segment commissioning, channel addition and optimization and Customer acceptances. With a Future Opportunity: Bid for IMEWE upgrade 4.

EIG
Deploying Ciena 6500 / 5430 across UAE, Egypt, KSA, Libya and Djibouti. Complete Implementation of Ciena DWDM/SLTE/TLTE solutions, assisting Ciena and other service partners in new segment commissioning. Upgrades in Libya (despite the security issues).

Mobily OTN– KSA
Nahjtech delivered full turnkey Network rollout for Mobily; Installation, commissioning & testing of CIENA reconfigurable switching system 5430 in 36 sites across KSA.

Meets – the Gulf
Nahjtech delivered full turnkey project for MEETS Network in the Gulf; Site engineering, installation, commissioning, and testing of Ciena OME6500 based solution (3x sites in KSA, 1x in UAE, 1x Qatar, 1x in Bahrain and 1x in Kuwait). Services included Fiber Characterization and links acceptance. ROPA kit installation at the towers. Assisted Ciena with NMS installation, integration and acceptance.

Falcon Submarine Network
NAHJTECH assisted Ciena in the Installation, commissioning, testing, integration to NMS Server of the Falcon Network and Customer acceptance; consisting of OME6500’s interconnected through GBI cable Network.

GBI Submarine Network
NAHJTECH assisted Ciena in the Installation, commissioning, testing, integration to NMS Server in Egypt and Qatar. Customer acceptance of the sites consisting of 6500’s interconnected through GBI cable Network.
