Lucia Mabasa is the managing director and majority shareholder of pinpoint one human resources established on 1 May 1999 by long standing friends, Clive H Viveiros, Lizelle Pohl(now late) and Florence Thom(now retired). Their objective was to channel their entrepreneurial desires, post 1994, into establishing an innovative South African owned executive search business.
Clive recruited Lucia in 2002 as an assignment coordinator. Under his , Florence’s (retired) and Lizelle’s (passed) guidance, passion and commitment to share their knowledge and experience, her career developed speedily. In 2010 Lucia was appointed the Managing Director and in 2018 Lucia became the majority shareholder.

Lucia and her team are determined to achieve Pan-African status as an Executive Search Firm. Lucia Mabasa has a BA Arts, Honours, Industrial Sociology and a MA Industrial Sociology. Her research thesis was on whether small and medium enterprises create sustainable employment.
