JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support the finance team with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Help in maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing payroll and tracking expenses.
• Provide support during financial audits by organizing documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• At least a diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be Lusaka-based.
• A recent graduate with less than a year of experience in a finance-related role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
