Job Summary:
• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of our farm.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both crop production and livestock management, with a proven track record of success in running an efficient and profitable farming operation.

Responsibilities:
• Overall Farm Management:
• Plan, organize, and direct all farm activities, including crop production, livestock care, and staff supervision.
• Develop and implement farm budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Maintain accurate farm records, including production data, financial records, and livestock health records.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations and safety standards.
• Crop Production:
• Oversee all stages of crop production, from planting and irrigation to fertilization, pest control, and harvesting.
• Implement best practices in crop management to maximize yields and ensure high-quality produce.
• Optimize resource utilization (land, water, fertilizer) for sustainable farming.
• Livestock Management:
• Supervise the care and management of goats, sheep, cattle, and rabbits, ensuring their health, welfare, and productivity.
• Implement breeding programs, manage animal nutrition, and oversee disease prevention and treatment.
• Ensure proper handling, housing, and feeding practices for all livestock.
• Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate farm staff.
• Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance to team members.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Marketing and Sales:
• Assist in developing marketing strategies for farm products.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential buyers.

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in farm management, with demonstrated success in both crop and livestock production.
• Strong understanding of integrated farming practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in record-keeping and farm management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse team.
• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation:
