JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
To ensure environmental compliance and management, building control and regulation in LSMFEZ, Landscaping and guide provision of infrastructure and other services in line with proposed phasing of the LSMFEZ.

KEY RESULT AREA
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (MAIN DUTIES)
ENFORCE PLANNING & COMPLIANCE
• Ensure Infrastructure developed in the zone is controlled and complies with planned design standards and statutory and legal planning requirements.

MASTER PLANNING
• Seeing to it that applications for land allocation in the zone are assessed, and approved allocations fit into the zone plan.

LANDSCAPING
Assist with management and coordination of the overall landscaping of the Zone, central parks and open spaces.

INSPECTIONS
• Ensure Industries in the zone are inspected and that constructed physical infrastructure comply with established planning standards.

POLICIES
• Ensure all technical policies of the company are interpreted and implemented according to established standards.

Education / Professional Qualifications & Experience
• A Bachelor Degree in Planning or a related field.
• Practical experience in planning would be an advantage.

Personal Attributes/Skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Able to work with AutoCAD
• Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
