JOB DETAILS:
Bridge Trust Finance Limited (BTF) is a young, wholly Zambian owned company that was established in 2018. At BTF, we seek to help solve access to finance and financial inclusion challenges facing staff members in public universities of Zambia.
We are looking for two (2) dynamic Marketing Executives to join our team and support the loan services offered by BTF. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to help increase our customer base. You will work closely with the Sales team to ensure a successful conversion of leads into customers.

Responsibilities:
• Promote all loan products and services offered by Bridgetrust Finance Limited
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure leads are converted into customers.
• Manage advertising campaigns, events, and promotions to enhance brand awareness.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the financial industry.
• Create and manage marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and other promotional items.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key industry partners.
• Keep records and contact details of all customers and industry players and report to the Sales team for backstopping support in customer maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the financial industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to create, evaluate and report on marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
This position is commission-based, the commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
The preferred candidates should reside in the vicinity of Mulungushi University, Kabwe.
