JOB DETAILS:
• Northern Coffee Corporation Limited a subsidiary of Olam Food Ingredients (ofi) is looking to hire Qualified Artisans (Welders) for the plantation to be based at Kateshi Estates in Kasama Northern Province.

Education.
• The minimum Qualifications required will be Grade twelve with School Certificate, minimum G6 test certificate in welding / Metal fabrication (arc, gas, Mig, Twig) with at least 10 years of practical experience in a busy industry/workshop.

Experience.
• Must have knowledge in general fabrication of non-analytical metal structures General welding works.
• Able to articulate in the proper use of welding materials.
• Must be familiar with coffee farm operations.
• Be a Team player.
• Be excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

Duties And Responsibilities.
• Be able to read engineering drawing and conversant with developments.
• Make sure that all works are carried as per exact specification.
• Fabricate and manufacture metal parts for later assembly.
• Produce strong, clean welds.
• Test output to ensure strength and tolerance of welds.
