Job Summary
The Tele Sales Executive will sell MTN aYo insurance products to MTN customers via phone interactions as well as applying cross selling and upselling dynamics to meet daily targets as set by the business.

Responsibilities
• Contact potential clients and sell the MTN aYo insurance services to them.
• Setup customers on the MTN aYo services.
• Resolving customer complaints or disputes.
• Closing sales deals
• Updating customer details

Requirements & Qualifications
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Diploma in Business studies, Insurance, Telecommunications or equivalent.
• 1 year’s sales experience in financial services, banking, insurance, Telco industry.
• Good communication skills with ability to speak at least 3 local languages.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to collaborate well in a Team setting.
• Sober minded and Trustworthy individual.
• Must be passionate and impact driven.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
