JOB DETAILS:
• Job Overview:
Too effectively and efficiently perform mechanical maintenance and repair works on all process Plant, Kiln and hydrating plant machinery and equipment at Limestone Resources Ltd.
• Accountabilities/Tasks
Receives daily work schedules in form of verbal or written instruction on mechanical works to be done every morning during the meetings in the workshop, so that each person knows what he/she should do on that day.
Interprets engineering mechanical drawings to come up with tools and measuring instructions before commencing work.
Diagnoses the nature of mechanical component defects by carrying out a root cause analysis and determining the required parts and materials.
Reports on progress and completes a work progress report for the attention of the foreman on all work done including breakdowns.
Cleans the equipment/component before serving or repairs to expose anomalies before commencing work on any equipment and to ensure clean and tidy maintenance tools and measuring instruments.

Qualifications:
Grade twelve (12) Certificate with (Five) Credits or Better
Craft Certificate in Mechanical Fitting.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
