JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose & Scope:
This is an entrepreneurial role for someone passionate about running an own business supported . The candidate will provide an overall oversight of recruiting, coaching and mentoring his agency workforce in the assigned area with a responsibility to implement effective sales strategies to grow own business and achieve all set targets.

Remuneration
Remuneration is a Monthly performance-based retainer, direct commission on own business plus indirect and family override commission for own team

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Degree or Diploma in any field
• Experience in developing and growing Sales teams preferably in the financial industry.
• Should have been a Team leader/supervisor for at least 1 year
• Valid Pensions and Insurance Authority (PIA) license will be an added advantage
• Recruitment track record

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
