5 Dealing Officer
Job summary
Report to the marketing and developing officer. The dealing officer will be responsible for calling and updating clients and debtors on how the cases are going. The pay is commission based. The selected candidates will undergo a one week training before they start the actual job
Job specification
The jobholder will be responsible for the following
• Calling and reminding debtors on their debts.
• Updating clients on how their casing are moving
• Hear the complaints of clients and debtors
• Active in field work.
• Collecting debt from debtors.
• Weekily reporting of the on going cases.

Entry requirements
• A Grade 12 certificate with arleast a credit in math
• Certificate in business administration it’s equivalent or related programmes (a deploma or degree will be an advantage) from a well reputable institute
• Sound knowledge of the industry best practice

Other skills and attributes
• Highly conversant with Microsoft
• Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Self driven and self motivated
• Good attention to detail.
