To support our operations during the 2023/2024 season, the following vacancies has become available at the JTI Rosewood site office in Nkeyema on a temporal basis:

MATOPE BUILDER SUPERVISORS (5)
Position Purpose
• The Purpose of this role is to supervise and train the Matope builders, verify and qualify the built Matope barns to ensure that they are constructed according to JTI specifications in the various leaf areas of our operations.

Minimum Requirements
• Full grade 12 certificate
• A Trade certificate from a recognized institution
• Tobacco & field technical knowledge & must have an understanding of bricklaying processes.
• 2+ years' experience in an Agriculture sector
• Excellent communication skills both written & oral & must work with minimum supervision. Good understanding of Occupational Health & Safety practices
• MUST have a valid category A License (Motorbike)
