JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview
The Grader Operator will be responsible for grading roads and surfaces in open-pit mining sites to ensure smooth transportation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate motor graders to level and grade roads within the mining site.
• Conduct pre-shift checks to ensure the grader is in proper working condition.
• Monitor grading equipment during operation to maintain consistent performance.
• Collaborate with supervisors to execute grading tasks as per site plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all grading activities.
• Report equipment performance issues to the maintenance team for immediate action.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Grade 9/12 certificate.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience operating graders in open-pit mining.
• Valid Silicosis certificate.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
