1.Process Plant Equipment Operator’s X62
(To Work In Starch / Liquid Glucose Plant Production)
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the operation of the Equipment’s
2.Responsible to carryout the Repair and maintenance of the equipment
3.Regular cleaning of the equipment
4.Responsible to produce quality product for the equipment as per the SOP
5.Coordinating with the mechanical team for up-keeping of the equipment

Minimum Requirements
1)Diploma Chemical Engineer/Diploma food technology or Any other related field.
2) Experience of 2 to 4 years in Similar plant Minimum or in Food Industry.
3)Through knowledge of process and operating of the food industry
4)equipment and hands on experience of operating each equipment.
5)Sound communication Skill and should be able to lead the team in the shift.
6)Knowledge of Food Safety Norms.
7)Knowledge of process safety and equipment safety

2.Boiler Operator’s X03
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the operation, recovery, efficiency calculation, maintenance in Shift
2.Coordinating with the user department.
3.Maintaining the records of the down time and RCA
4.Preventive and annual maintenance planning and ensuring all activities are carried out within time
5.Responsible for the 5 S, Top5, Top15 and Top 60 targets
6.Responsible for the Reliability, RCA and OE loss analysis

Minimum Requirements
1)BS. Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma Mechanical Engineering/ Boiler specialist
2)Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience Fluidised bed boiler or similar plant
3)Through knowledge of operation and maintenance on-fall boiler equipment, RO, compressor and cooling tower
4)Should have Knowledge of Human safety and Equipment safety

3. R/O Operator’s X03
(Water Treatment Operator’s )
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the operation, recovery, efficiency calculation, maintenance in Shift
2.Coordinating with the user department.
3.Maintaining the records of the down time and RCA
4.Preventive and annual maintenance planning and ensuring all activities are carried out within time

(Effluent Treatment Plants/Standard Temperature & Pressure Lab Tech)
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operating, analysis and maintenance of the ETP and STP
2. Carrying out all the Lab analysis in the shift
3. To maintain all parameter under the Environmental norms
4. Visit the operation department to ensure if unnecessary wastage of water, overflows of the tank, extra discharge of the effluent etc.

Minimum Requirements
1.Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Food Industry Lab Analysis
2. Through knowledge All chemical
3. calculation and calibration of the equipment
4. Knowledge of Food safety norms and Audits
5. Knowledge of Microbiology
6. Knowledge of operating and using HPLC and microscope

5.Production Shift Engineer X4
(To Work In Starch/Liquid Glucose Plant Production)
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the Shift Target quality production, with targeted recovery, minimum down time, utility consumption, chemical consumption with all human and food safety norms and also should produce Shift production and recovery report.
2.Responsible to train the people
3.Co-coordinating with the Quality department and make the required changes as per the SOP to produce the quality product
4.To Fallow 5 S and carryout the top 5,top15 and TOP 60 work along with Mechanical team in shift
5.Should maintain the log book with all information of any deviation in process, break down, chemical consumption, stock and shift recovery

Minimum Requirements
1)BS. Chemical Engineering/ Diploma Chemical Engineering/Minimum 3to 4 years of experience in similar plant or Food Industry
2)Through knowledge of process equipment and hands on experience of operating each equipment
3)Sound communication Skill and should be able to lead the team in the shift

5)Knowledge of process safety and equipment safety

6.Boiler And Utility Shift Engineer X02
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the operation, recovery, efficiency calculation, maintenance in Shift
2.Coordinating with the user department.
3.Maintaining the records of the down time and RCA
4.Preventive and annual maintenance planning and ensuring all activities are carried out within time
5.Planning the inventory and communicating to required department and ensuring the required material is received in time
6.Training the people
7.Responsible for the 5 S, Top5, Top15 and Top 60 targets
8.Responsible for the Reliability, RCA and OE loss analysis

Minimum Requirements
1)BS. Mechanical/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Boiler specialist
